The largest part of our work, and the widest range. Straight-back rows, curved partings, starburst patterns from the crown, feed-in braids with color worked through the ends, braided ponytails.
Cornrows are also the foundation underneath other services — a crochet install and a sew-in both sit on a cornrow base, which is why we do this every day.

Knotless and Box Braids
Knotless braids fed in gradually at the root, and classic box braids parted square. The two most-booked installs on our menu, and the two you will see most often walking around Spring.

Twists
Two-strand twists in every length we offer — short and chunky at the jaw, long and jumbo past the shoulder, with color worked through when you want it.
The hair used is what changes the finish: textured hair reads closest to your own, smooth hair gives the sleek rope look.

Locs
Distressed locs with the loops left in on purpose, and smooth wrapped locs for a cleaner finish — plus retwists and styling for the locs you already wear.

Braiding for Men
A quarter of the work you see on this page is on men — cornrows straight back, twists with a fade, color when it is asked for, and clean line-ups at the hairline.

Kids’ Braids
Patterned cornrows, beads and ribbons, natural ends left out. Styles a child will actually sit still for, done at a pace that does not hurt.
Tell us when you book that the appointment is for a child, so we schedule the right amount of time and nobody is rushed.
