Three Things Before You Pick a Time
A minute spent here saves a phone call later.
1. Have a photo of the style you want. Style names travel badly — “goddess braids”, “soft locs” and “boho braids” mean different things to different salons. A photo settles it in seconds, and it is what we price from. Send it to us at (346) 360-4881 before or right after you book.
2. Know that the price covers the braiding, not the hair. You bring your own hair or buy it at the salon, billed separately. How many packs you need depends on the style and the look, so call before you shop and we will tell you exactly what to get.
3. Block out enough of your day. Braiding is long. A short service takes a couple of hours; a full install can take most of a day. Eat beforehand, and come with clean, detangled, completely dry hair — washed the day before rather than the same morning.

What Happens After You Book
You get a confirmation straight away — by email and by text, with the date, the time and the address.
We confirm the price with you before we start, not after. Whatever figure you agree, that is the figure you pay. Flat-rate, no line added at the end.

Nothing to pay online. Booking takes no deposit and no card details. You settle at the salon.
Need to Reschedule or Cancel?
Plans change — we would rather know than wonder.
Your confirmation email carries links to reschedule or cancel, so you can move your appointment yourself without calling. If you are running late on the day, a quick call to (346) 360-4881 is enough; we will tell you honestly whether the slot still works or whether a different day serves you better.
